DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT & DATA

VibeLegit does not require you to create a password-based account — we identify you by the email address you provide at checkout or when starting a scan. You can ask us to delete that email and all associated data at any time, free of charge.

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below from the email address you used with VibeLegit:

To help us locate your records quickly, please include:

• The email address you used with VibeLegit (if different from the sender address).
• Any website URL(s) you submitted for scanning, if you remember them.

If you email from a different address than the one on file, we may ask you to verify ownership before we proceed, to protect against fraudulent deletion requests.

What gets deleted

• Your email address.
• The URLs you submitted and your associated order records.
• Your scan reports and findings stored in our Supabase database.

What we may retain

For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons we may retain a limited subset of data after deletion:

• Payment records held by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, as required by applicable tax and accounting law. You can also manage these via Lemon Squeezy.
• Audit logs of deletion requests, retained for legal compliance.

How long it takes

We aim to action verified deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
