VibeLegit provides automated security and legal-compliance assessments. The scan results, scores, AI-generated fix recommendations, and any other output are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional security auditing, penetration testing by a qualified human, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals before relying on any finding for important decisions.
Automated scanning has inherent limitations. We do not warrant that the Services will:
A clean or high-scoring report does not mean your site is secure or legally compliant. The absence of a reported issue does not mean no issue exists.
Fix recommendations are generated using AI (Anthropic's Claude). AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and may not suit your specific environment. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any recommendation before applying it. Do not apply changes to a production system without understanding their effect.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeLegit and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or security breaches, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services or your reliance on any scan result or recommendation — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
You are solely responsible for the security, compliance, and operation of your own websites and systems, and for any action you take or do not take based on the Services. You must only scan systems you own or are authorised to test, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Reports and pages may reference third-party resources, standards, or providers (such as Lemon Squeezy, Supabase, Vercel, and Anthropic). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party.
